NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility
The Tombstone Rips Touchdown Tournament (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding resident of New York and Florida, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry (the "Entrant"). Any guest accompanying a winner must also be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of travel. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Tombstone Rips, its licensors, prize providers, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies and their respective advertising and promotional agencies, consultants, and agents (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter or to win a prize. "Immediate family member" shall be deemed to mean husband, wife, children, mother, father, sister, sister-in-law, brother, or brother-in-law. The Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, excluding New York and Florida, and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. The Sweepstakes is void in New York and Florida, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time on September 8, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on September 28, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All times refer to Pacific Daylight Time, which is the prevailing time in Las Vegas, Nevada throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Entries submitted outside the Sweepstakes Period are void. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

3. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes. Both methods award entries on the same basis and are subject to the same entry limit:
(a) Entry via Serial-Numbered Card Pull (Purchase)
Entrants making a purchase (of any amount) during the Sweepstakes Period may enter the Sweepstakes by purchasing cards from Tombstone Collectibles, LLC dba Tombstone Rips (“Sponsor) during a Tombstone Rips live box break on Fanatics Live, Loupe, or Whatnot, and pulling a card serial-numbered to fifty (50) or fewer copies, including any card numbered 1-of-1. Each qualifying card pulled by an Entrant constitutes one (1) entry (and, if pulled, shall automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes, as an Entrant, by Sponsor).
(b) Alternative Entry via Write-In (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without making a purchase, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and  date of birth on a postcard or card no smaller than 3½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4½ x 6 inches, and mail it with proper postage to: Tombstone Rips, 9770 W Flamingo Road, Suite 200, Las Vegas, NV 89147.  Each mailing constitutes one (1) entry and must be mailed separately in its own envelope or as its own postcard. Multiple entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void.  Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, or bulk-mailed entries are void.  All write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.  All write-in entries must be postmarked by September 25, 2026 and received by September 28, 2026.

Regardless of entry method or combination of methods, there is a limit of five (5) entries per Entrant for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Entries in excess of the limit will be void.
Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant's entry and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted by anyone other than the Entrant are void. In case of dispute as to the identity of any Entrant, entry will be declared made by the registered name and address on such entry. Any potential prize winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that such person is the prize winner.
Neither Sponsor nor any Sweepstakes Entity is responsible for any entry that is lost, late, illegible, stolen, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

The decision of Sponsor to disqualify an Entrant or entry shall be final and binding in all respects. All entries submitted become the property of Sponsor, and will not be returned. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor's licensors and prize providers are not responsible for the operation and administration of this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, the collection, submission, or processing of entries and the selection of winners.

4. Selection of Winners/Random Drawing
Following the close of the Sweepstakes Period, six (6) potential winners will be selected in a single random drawing, conducted using randomization methods selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be held on or about October 1, 2026.  The random drawing will be conducted by representatives from Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes.
Odds of winning a prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) prize per Entrant; an Entrant holding multiple entries may win no more than one (1) prize.

5. Prize
Six (6) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, Nevada to attend a professional football game at Allegiant Stadium on October 25, 2026, comprising:
•	Two (2) tickets to the game in Sponsor's VIP suite at Allegiant Stadium, including food and beverage service within the suite (including access for the winner and guest to the field-level VIP bar, a designated cordoned area to field level, as included with each suite ticket and subject to the conditions stated below) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $2,200.00);

•	Round-trip coach airfare for two (2) from a major commercial airport nearest the winner's residence to Las Vegas, with outbound travel on Saturday, October 24, 2026 and return travel on Monday, October 26, 2026 (ARV: $1,200.00);
•	Two (2) nights' hotel accommodation, one (1) standard room, double occupancy, at a Las Vegas resort and casino selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion and located proximate to Allegiant Stadium (ARV: $500.00);
•	Ground transportation between the airport and hotel (ARV: $100.00); and
•	Three hundred dollars ($300.00) in spending money for the winner and three hundred dollars ($300.00) in spending money for the winner’s guest (ARV: $600.00).
Total ARV of each prize: $4,600.00.  Total ARV of all prizes: $27,600.00.  Actual value may vary based on the winner’s point of departure and prevailing rates; any difference between stated and actual value will not be awarded. 
Field-level VIP bar. The field-level VIP bar is a designated, cordoned area at field level and is included with each suite ticket. It does not include access to the playing surface, team benches, sidelines, tunnels, or any meeting with or proximity to players, coaches, officials, or team personnel. Access is available during designated times only and is subject to stadium capacity, security screening, and the instructions of stadium personnel. Alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Nevada law and stadium policy; service may be refused or discontinued at the sole discretion of stadium personnel, and winner and guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Access may be modified, relocated, or discontinued by Allegiant Stadium or the participating clubs at any time without substitution or compensation.
All costs and expenses not expressly listed above, including but not limited to meals beyond the stated spending money, incidentals, gratuities, baggage fees, travel insurance, and any personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.
All details and other restrictions of prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  Sponsor selects the hotel, airline, flight itinerary, and all travel arrangements in its sole discretion. Winner and guest must travel on the dates specified; travel is not transferable and may not be rescheduled. All taxes (and the reporting consequences thereof) and any other fees or costs associated with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of greater or equal value. If the game is postponed, relocated, or cancelled for any reason, Sponsor has no obligation to award a replacement prize beyond a substitution of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. No transfer or assignment of any prize is permitted, and no substitutions or cash alternatives for any prize will be provided, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes and any expense relating to the acceptance and use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each winner shall receive the prize after Sponsor’s receipt of the signed and completed Affidavit(s), and prior to October 19, 2026.  Limit one (1) prize per person/household. No more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded.

6. Winner Notification/Verification/Claims

Potential winners will be notified via email and phone within two (2) business days of the drawing. Each potential winner must submit a completed and signed Affidavit of Eligibility / Release of Liability / Prize Acceptance Form and a Form W-9 (collectively, the "Affidavit") within forty-eight (48) hours of first attempted notification, and must identify their guest by full legal name and date of birth within the same period. Travel arrangements will be confirmed no later than October 19, 2026. A potential winner who does not respond within the stated window will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.

If a prize notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if Sponsor does not receive a completed and signed Affidavit from any potential winner within forty-eight (48) hours of attempted notification, such winner may be disqualified and such prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Non-compliance shall result in disqualification and possible award of the applicable prize to an alternate winner, in Sponsor's sole discretion.
Guests may be required to sign a Release of Liability Form prior to travel and any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor. Failure of a guest to timely execute any required documentation may result in that guest being prohibited from participating in the prize or winner being required to select an alternate eligible guest, as determined by Sponsor in accordance with these Official Rules. Winners are responsible for their guest's compliance with these Official Rules and for their guest's conduct during the trip.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant accepts all risks and consequences of entry and participation in the Sweepstakes and hereby forever and irrevocably releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, "Releasees") (a) from any claims, liabilities, lawsuits, judgments, losses, damages (including, without limitation, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or increased damages and those related to personal injury, death, or damage to property), costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) under any legal theory, arising from, resulting from, or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, the entry and participation in the Sweepstakes or in any Sweepstakes related activity, or from Entrant's acceptance, receipt, possession, delivery, and/or use, non-use or misuse of any prize, any printing errors, any claims based upon the rights of publicity and invasion of privacy even if the Releasees were aware of the possibility of such consequences, the participation in any trip or trip related activity, any delay, interruption, early termination or forfeiture, in whole or in part, of any prize trip or related travel, lodging or trip related activity (before, during or after) even if any of the Releasees were aware of the possibility of such consequences, and (b) have not made any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize and specifically disclaim all such warranties, including, without limitation, as to its quality, mechanical condition, safety, performance, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, statement, and/or city/state of residence by Sweepstakes Entities, or any party authorized by Sweepstakes Entities, for advertising or promotional purposes worldwide in perpetuity and in any and all media without additional notice, compensation, right to review or receive notice, where permitted by law. Prizes will only be awarded to a verified winner.  By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, and understand that the Sweepstakes results are final in all respects. Entrants are responsible for all online charges, if any, by Internet service providers.

7. Taxes
The value associated with the prize is taxable as income to the winner. Sponsor will report the fair market value of the prize to the Internal Revenue Service and issue a Form 1099 to the winner for the year in which the prize is received by the winner.

All taxes, including but not limited to all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and any expense relating to the acceptance and use of a prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners are advised to consult their own tax advisor. Sponsor does not provide tax advice.

8. General Conditions
Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Sweepstakes Entities. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and randomly draw from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date to award a prize. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action.

9. Arbitration
Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Entrant; (b) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (c) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than Entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Each Entrant shall be responsible for their own costs associated with arbitration, including, but not limited to, filing fees and legal fees.

10. Choice of Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Nevada, USA.

11. Privacy
All personal information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used solely for the purposes of the administration of the Sweepstakes, and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at: https://tombstonecollectibles.com/privacy-policy

12. Winner List
To obtain the names of the prize winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Tombstone Rips, 9770 W. Flamingo Road, Suite 200, Las Vegas, NV 89147. Requests for the names of the prize winners must be received by January 15, 2027.
